Return Policy

Returns: We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase most of the times, but we understand that occasionally a mistake can be made from item selection to boxes being handled the wrong way or any other steps in between. Hence, we accept returns for the following conditions:

· Items were damaged en-route must file claim with carrier
· Items that were originally defective upon arrival.
· Items are wrong.

All returns should meet the following conditions:

You must contact us at CreativeDigitalsShop@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving the items.

· Must be returned within 5 days of receipt of merchandise according to tracking number.

Holiday items are allowed only if returned at least 30 days prior to the Holiday.

Clothing such as swimwear is not returnable or refundable unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Customer should note that the return is subject to 20% restocking fee. Additional percentage may be taken if item arrives damaged or not in original condition. 

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable both ways.

We will not take any returns that have been monogrammed or that have been shipped to your customer and they are returning to you. That is considered a 3rd party to us and we will not accept the return.

FINAL SALE OR IMPERFECT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE
